RMA is listed on the ASX (RMY.AX)Responsible for delivering revenue growth in our US business, and protecting our Australian franchise. I oversee RMA's strategy and prioritisation and support the CEO and board with investor relations and corporate development. We are building the pathway towards a much larger, more valuable proptech company.Key achievements include:* Commissioned external customer research on our US market target customer and used the insights to revamp our brand and positioning to Realtors* Designed and introduced new product and pricing for US realtors, tripling the US revenue line over 18 months* Core member of investor relations team, including revamp of investor presentations and a successful $5.5m capital raise in December 2022* Stepped into cover vacant executive roles including Head of Product and Head of Marketing

Envato is an Australian success story, creating a leading global marketplace for digital assets such as Wordpress themes, code plugins and stock photography and video asset libraries. Responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining Envato's Authors, the creators and owners of the digital assets sold through Envato's marketplace and subscription businesses. Authors typically operate in low cost countries, and could earn life-changing incomes through the Envato platform. Key achievements:* Scaled Envato's supply of Authors and content for the flagship subscription product (Elements).* Increased content library from 1.5m to 4.7m items.* Increased Author count from c.2,200 to 4,100. * Built world's largest sound effects subscription offering. Improved Author onboarding time from 90 days to 22 days.* All delivered within 18 months.

GO1 is a B2B marketplace to help businesses Find, Book, Deliver and Track their corporate training. An Australian success story, delivering spectacular growth on the global stage.Executive member of the Leadership team, reporting to CEO and COO. Responsible for the Content Providers side of our marketplace, working with providers to extend their reach and revenue through GO1's platform. This included acquiring providers, onboarding their content, positioning their content with customers (companies with learners), and managing the ongoing relationship with our content suppliers and creators.Key achievements:* Grew provider partnerships from 20 to 80 providers.* Grew subscription library from 1,000 to over 40,000 courses. * Sold partnerships with multiple large Financial Services companies to deliver ARR growth.* Core member of fundraising team for Series B capital raise in Silicon Valley raising $25m.

All deposit and home loan rates (carded and negotiated) were priced through this team. $200bn of Home loans, $100bn of Deposits, over 4 million customers, and $4bn in annual revenue. Executive responsible for the restructure of the Esanda business unit due to the GFC. Esanda’s funding sources were impacted by the GFC, and the business unit had to be transferred to ANZ’s regulated (ADI) entity to ensure depositor protection.Migrated 120,000 customers from debentures to term deposits. Set up a 65 person call centre within 8 weeks to manage the customer transition, managed 40 person project team over 12 months.Managed regulatory relations with APRA and ASIC to extend regulator support for a transition. Managed corporate activity with Trustee, ANZ and Esanda to transfer the assets and liabilities of the business to ANZ.Migrated dealer and retail lending business and systems to ANZ credit documentation.
