In my first two years in the team, I was the Lead Auditor for Corporate Functions - Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Legal and Secretarial and Shared Services Centre (payment processing cell for the entire organization including a JV and a Subsidiary). Apart from these, I also conducted Management review at Indian Manufacturing Plants as well as International Locations of Asian Paints – Middle East and Fiji which included process walkthroughs and identifying opportunities for improvement in areas of Sales, Production, Procurement, HR, Distribution, Accounts and Finance and ensuring Statutory Compliances.In the last 2 years amidst pandemic scenario, was the CIA for our joint venture with PPGAP handling all audits including location audits with site visits, preparing Risk & Control Matrix (RACM) for the company and collaboration with stakeholder in different projects with the perspective of delight (Eg.
