Fixed Assets Reconciliation for AMC eligible machines and 0 WDV machines.3. Demand note generation for recovering Physical shortages & System generated Tax Invoices for recovering SLA Penalty from vendor payable invoices.4. Vendor Management on Disputes.5. Preparing & Maintaining ATM Payments & Recovery MIS.6. Checker for processed invoices in system.

1. Validating and Processing ATM & CRM expenses invoices.2. Handling disputed invoices and escalating to vendors for quick resolution to processed in TAT.3. Recovering physical shortage funds and NPCI penalty (OnUs & Offus transaction) on a monthly basis.4. Levy penalty on vendors for process not followed on vendors as per agreed SLAs.

Taking care of end-to-end operation process, Invoice generation and sending to Submission Team. Creating the demand in system for Inventory Purchase & sending the suitable requirements to the vendor for Pricing. Working efficiently on ERP software for order processing, GRN generation, Inventory reconciliations, Stock data & SAP to fetch the data for reconciliations & master reports generation. Performing closing activities for the month and publishing PPT with internal stakeholders.
