As a Software Engineer at Cleartrip since June 2022, I began my journey in the RPA team, where I utilized my expertise in Python and Django to automate processes using the Robot Framework, focusing on the finance team's needs. I then transitioned to the Bus Tech team, where I learned Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architecture. I played a key role in creating and launching the Bus LOB, integrating various supplier APIs, and developing post-booking communication flows via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. I optimized the auto-suggest system using Elasticsearch, integrated RTC buses, and contributed to Bus integration with Flipkart. I also developed B2B APIs for external businesses, ensuring smooth operations across Cleartrip, Flipkart, and B2B systems. Recently, I led the development and launch of the innovative Pass Service on CT Bus.

As an intern at CreativeFinserve, I contributed to a CRM web application built with Django for tracking leads and managing customer interactions. I worked on loan eligibility features based on bank criteria and user inputs, enhancing decision-making processes. I also developed secure registration and password reset functionalities and implemented role-based access controls for employees. Additionally, I supported the admin panel's features, allowing administrators to manage bank data and policies effectively.
