Hai, I'm a Naval Architect with Technical, Business and Management skills experiences.I started my career in 2018 as drafter at Wheelhouse Marine Consultant. Prepared for basic design drawing and did a survey for the project construction once it started and prepared related matters for the ship design and the ship building project. By the end of the project, I continue my journey as a Freelance Marine surveyor at ALC Consulting. Following this I do surveys for various types of ships and cases within ability to travel to remote areas and any location followed designation by the company or ship owner. On August 2018, I got assigned as Underwriter at PT Asuransi Wahana Tata. Here I spent my times facing new things, learned about insurance policy, especially for the various types of general insurance product and got to know the process to issue the insurance policy and as Underwriter it's the duty to make approval for the insurance application. After 2 months, I decided to go back to the shipbuilding and marine industries, working at a shipyard as Business Development at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero).5 years working at PT PAL Indonesia Persero as Business Development with no experience in marketing and strategic business management before, put me in a challenging situation. I had to learn fast to understand the product details and the business flow chart at the same time as well. Handling the client, doing tender, business matching, market development plan, representing the company to both local and foreign clients and acting on behalf of the company in terms of meeting, tender, and business trip is a highly precious experience. As time goes by in the middle of 2022 one of my Singaporean clients/partners asked me to join them and start their new office at Batam, Indonesia.HR Quest Indonesia is part of HRQuest Pte Ltd, a company based in Singapore specializing in Energy, Process, Maritime, Construction, and Finance Industries. The company is an employment agency company and they started their new branch in Indonesia and appointed me as Country Manager for the Indonesia branch. The company owner and I started this company together and for the following years the company established, operated and actively did business in Indonesia. I am responsible for running this company in Indonesia to be aligned with regulations, hiring for talent, finance and human resource management, project preparation and actively involved in any related matters with the company documents and business development.
