Managing / supervising the delivery of minor refurbishments, workplace management and project management. Supporting the National Workplace Manager in managing the Workplace environment at the Bupa Melbourne Corporate sites and to deliver efficient and effective workplace services to Bupa staff. Reporting and analysis of space, headcount and churn requirements across the national corporate offices. Completing schedules and collect accurate data from key stakeholder to measure against physical allocation of space for each business unit.Manage any escalations from our external facilities providers for Bupa sites including Retail & Health Services facilities. To resolve and manage maintenance requests or property issues and update our colleagues across the sites.

Responsible for all the space management and relocation of departments and staff for IAG Insurance in VIC, SA & WA. I must ensure IAG are making the most of what space they currently have across all the sites. This includes performing audits to save money where possible by better utilizing what space we have, redesigning areas and performing small and large relocation across our side which has lead to flying across Australia to better manage these projects.Detailed data import into Serraview. I currently look after over 40 meeting rooms on multiple floors, maintaining and monitoring all audio visual equipment as well as meeting clients and ensure they not only have everything they need to complete their meeting or function. But also ensure them that support is there for them if they need. I also complete monthly audits and paper work on all equipment + arrange quotes and companies with hire equipment, replacement equipment and upgrades. I have learnt a lot over 5 years by always helping out with Reception, Concierge, Catering and also assisting with management type jobs.Equipment I am competent with include, polycom/cisco phone conferencing, video conference tandberg and or polycom. Projectors, whiteboards, flipcharts, amplifiers, microphones, soundsystems, AV Racks and much more.

Training Microsoft Dynamic's program Optimum. I would train all around Australia to groups between 4 - 30 people.
