I'm an expert in ‘people architect’ and I mentor in the field of Speakership in the Thought Leaders Community where I get to see people exceed potential, possibility and performance. Understanding and executing the key fundamentals in life in order to grow to your maximum potential and invest yourself in the life of others is what I do. I'm able to engage and motivate audiences of all ages to take action for change. I can equip you to become the person who has the capacity to recognise and accept and recognise opportunity as it arises, to be more than you have been and to begin to fulfill your purpose and destiny. My areas of focus are Leadership, Speakership, Communication, Team Dynamics and Personal Growth.

I held the privileged role of leading a team of extraordinarily committed staff at an enthusiastic, growing local Church on the edge of Melbourne's Yarra Valley. My key role was leading a large faith community through significant change and transformation.

I spent over a decade in a ministry role in a fantastic local Church. I spent time working wit young people, sharing leadership roles and ultimately being the Executive pastor, in charge or running the day to day roles and responsibilities of the Church.
