Pursued my M.S. degree in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and completed my B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune, India. During undergraduate studies, I not only excelled at academic work but also learned that along with the technical aspects of any product development, the Information systems play a dynamic role. During my Graduate studies, I worked on a project where we created an interactive dashboard on a data-set of Crimes in New York using Tableau. Depicting the frequency and categorization of crimes in the city. Performed market basket analysis to understand the association between the crimes. We learned the importance of how conceptualizing the outcome in form of multimedia and graphical representation makes it easy for an audience to comprehend our ideas.Amid the under graduation, I undertook a project called “Secure verification using RSA algorithm and Visual cryptography”. The Project was oriented towards making the web-based activities as secure as possible. our proposed approach was using image cryptography to convert the image into shares and use them for verification. Our team of 3 used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, J2EE, MYSQL to accomplish the objective.I have worked as a Web Developer at Kaizen Infosys, India where my major Project involved developing a Point of sales and ERP systems for medium scale retail business. I Worked on Inventory management modules and performed Heuristic Evaluation, review customer feedback and competitive analysis of existing web and mobile entities. Utilizing the expertise I had in technologies like Python, SQL, Microsoft Project, Excel. My time at Kaizen was meticulously rewarding.Throughout school, the college I led our basketball team and participated in State level championships. This extracurricular involvement has helped enhanced my leadership and interpersonal skills which help me flourish as a great team player in the activities I participate.
