Development of specialized ferrous & non-ferrous centrifugal castings for Indian Railways, BPCL (Bharat pumps and compressors limited), PPGCL (Prayagraj power generation corporation limited) & NAeL (Naini Aerospace Limited).2. Development & in-house production of double capstan engine winch machine for Power grid corporation of India.3. Complete redesign, testing and introduction of weld-less stringing pulleys/snatch blocks, making GEW the first to produce such in India.4. Development of carbon fiber reinforced speaker cones for loudspeakers. Developed products using hand-layup, resin infusion techniques as well as prepreg for mass production.

Responsible for horizontal expansion of the company. Completed procurement, installation & commissioning of :1. Centrifugal casting machinery with 150 kgs of induction melting furnace & accessories.2. Wire mesh knitting machinery for producing wire mesh screens used in various stone crushing and coal crushing plants.3. Paper cone production machinery for producing resin coated paper cones used in loudspeakers.

Responsibilities included new and existing vendor assessment, regarding their infrastructure, quality control, product development & production capabilities. Searching for business opportunities by linking various government tenders with relevant and reliable suppliers.

Responsible for continuous operation of 6203 ZZ and Mahindra & Mahindra HUB bearings production lines. Responsibilities included ensuring steady stream of raw material input after timely inspection and clearance into production line. Optimization and coordination between various suppliers for the raw materials.Created a production prediction model for specific production lines using historical data.

We, as a team of 25, designed and built a top performing race car and participated in various FSAE events including Formula Student India, held at Buddha International Circuit & Formula Student Germany 2016, held at Hockenheim ring, Germany. We cemented our position as the best team in India by performing exceptionally at Formula Student Germany 2016.
