 Responsible for construction supervision and co-ordination of the work for marine sea island offshore platform including marine loading arm – instrument air compressor – diesel generator – metering skids Loop Checking/Commissioning instrumentation systems Review vendors documents and implement site engineering/modifications as required To perform a variety of inspection functions and to supervise the construction activities on Air Separation Unit of the project. Performed a task of Commissioning Permit Authorized Applicant and Permit Acceptor, conducted by HSSJV Company. Review subcontractor’s submittals and ensure they conform to contract requirements. Supervise and monitor the flow of inspection on-site in order to meet the project deadline. To witness on field calibration of the following instruments such as; Smart Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level transmitters, Control Valves and Fire & Gas alarms, analogue and digital controllers, Fire & Gas detection/protection systems and ESD. Coordinate to E&I Superintendent on phases of construction requirements and problems in compliance with project scheduled time frame. Follow the requirements of work permit system. Ensure contractor scope is managed, controlled and risk assessed by permit to work Liaise with contractor as directed and assist in the resolution of technical queries Responsible for site engineering activities and providing technical assistance to team Co-ordinate and resolve field construction queries interfacing with other discipline engineering Monitor progress and review installation and completions of contractor at site Ensure accurate progress reporting of physical scope completion Monitor and review the contractor’s construction activities including resources of manpower & machineries etc Participate in site safety audits regarding work executions, permits, work site standards and workforce knowledge of work Promote best safe work practices
