Collaborating closely with Product Architects, I successfully carved out critical components from Finacle's monolithic architecture, transforming them into independent services that enhanced ease-of-use and maintainability.Key Achievements:Finacle Authorization Server:1. Spearheaded the development of the Spring-based Finacle Authorization Server, acting as a token provider and authorizer while seamlessly interfacing with Finacle User Store.2. Tailored the Auth Server to facilitate communication between multiple services within Finacle and to interact with external services for robust multi-factor authentication.3. Enabled modernization of Finacle Micro Applications to comply with the latest oAuth and OpenID standards, without necessitating the deployment of the entire Finacle Universal Banking solution.Finacle's Micro Report Generation Service:1. Transformed the Report Generation service into a REST-compliant, stand-alone entity, decoupling it from Finacle Core Banking services for increased agility.2. Facilitated rapid feature development, including Async Report Generation, Multi-Cloud Object Store Integration, and support for newer templates.3. Played a pivotal role in enhancing Finacle Payments Infrastructure across multiple banks.Additional Contributions:1. Took charge of product roadmaps, release plans, and product lifecycle management, ensuring smooth development and maintenance of these services.2. I worked on improving developer hygiene, adding a new UX flavor to Finacle, and modernizing crucial workflows.Key Achievements1. Owned Finacle's Signature Verification System. Worked with 5+ banks to gather requirements, push enhancements, and squash bugs.2. Re-write Signature Onboarding by creating a Desktop Application that interacted with scanners and pushed signature data to Finacle.3. Introduced Continuous Integration to ensure sanity checks before code merges to protected branches.4. Containerized the entire CI infra to enable quick replication and upgrades. Adding/upgrading nodes to the CI infra could be done in under 5 minutes.5. Added Continuous Builds, FOSS scans, and Source Code scans to help developers test their changes and ensure FOSS and Security compliances with every change request.

At Crio.do, I was part of the inaugural cohort for Crio's flagship program - "Crio Summer of Doing 2019." Over the course of 30 days, I immersed myself in a simulated working environment, collaborating with fellow cohort members to complete and refine Java code, ultimately building production-grade applications.A pivotal realization from this experience was my transition from a "Learn by Reading" approach to a more effective "Learn by Doing" philosophy, a shift that has profoundly influenced both my personal and professional growth.During my time at Crio, my team of three clinched victory in the Capstone Hackathon. In this hackathon, we developed a prototype for an application catering to restaurant owners for efficient food delivery management. The challenge was to rapidly prototype using technologies that were relatively new to the team at the time, including Node, React.js, and MongoDB. Despite the learning curve, we successfully built the prototype in just two days.These experiences have shaped my commitment to hands-on learning and have significantly contributed to my adaptable and solution-oriented approach in both personal and professional endeavors.
