Architected and delivered technical implementations of Amber Road TA15 global trade management software for numerous clients. Key experience includes: * Developed REST and SOAP-based web services with TA15 using Java, JAXB, WSDL, HTTP POST protocol. * Integrated TA15 software with customer technology stacks using: Java, JSON, XML, SQL. Configured TA15 to work with Tomcat and Weblogic application servers. * Set up TA15 to work with single sign-on (SSO) packages such as PingFederate & ADFS using SAML 2.0 framework. * Integrated customer software by employing an XML-based framework using HTTP POST. Defined integration mapping and data translations integrating with TA15. * Planned and executed client version upgrades. Created Java & SQL utilities for data migration. * Managed development tasks as technical lead on teams of 2-3 consultants in the US & India. * Performed estimates for software projects and composed change order SOW’s. Architected and delivered an enterprise solution for a new $15M e-commerce platform for a Fortune 500 cable and communications provider. Designed and implemented integration with IBM SterlingCommerce CPQ solution using Salesforce.com API, web services, and Java technologies. Managed workload and assigned tasks as technical lead interfacing with 15-20 developers on an India-based offshore team. Instituted procedures for software version control, merge processes, and automated builds using the ANT framework. Planned and managed three major release and ten monthly release deployments, and developed repeatable assets for these processes. Managed technical and business stakeholder relationships to ensure on-time delivery of releases. Created software estimates, interface agreements, and schedule breakdowns for release scope items. Resolved technical production support issues as a level-3 point of contact, and formulated plans for emergency production releases.

Conducted several Windchill implementations and requirements analysis for multiple enterprise software projects. US Department of Veterans Affairs [2009-2011]* Organized and analyzed 1500+ technical requirements to implement the 21st Century Medical Scheduling (21CMS) project, a new enterprise outpatient scheduling capability. * Managed a team of 3 resources to complete required technical operations documentation for moving a production application to a new data center. NASA Headquarters [2007-2009]* Architected and developed a series of customizations of PTC/Windchill commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software. Integrated solutions using Java, JSP, servlets, Struts, Java Beans, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS technology. * Implemented a password expiration application to ensure re-usability across the enterprise. Integrated a Tomcat web application with a TIBCO ESB, using the following key technologies: SOAP, Axis 2, WSDL, REST. * Created software estimates, schedule breakdowns, and task assignments for an enterprise-wide Windchill migration project from version 8.0 to 9.1. * Developed ANT scripts to streamline releases by automating the build/deployment process with Atlassian Bamboo continuous integration software. Boeing [2004-2007]* Developed Java-based Windchill customizations to facilitate the acquisition process of re-purposing Navy aircraft for civilian use. * Managed and planned software releases for multiple Boeing programs to ensure on-time delivery. Lead Developer involved in enterprise implementation of the PTC Windchill PDM software suite at two different NASA centers.
