- Driving performance marketing initiatives for major e-commerce players in the domain of gaming, fantasy, NFC, food tech, etc.- Defining & executing a strategy for digital, social, email, etc for all the products for the company majority in e-commerce/gaming. - Define the target audience for the products & identifying the most cost-effective ways to reach them using adwords, shopping campaigns, Facebook paid ads, affiliates, email and remarketing.- The top 4 metrics that the team delivers on across clients (cost per lead, cost per trial, junk %, conversion %, renewal %) & (CPI, uninstall %, engagement rate, conversion rate) - Setting up the analytics piece for each partner to track the customer lifecycle from acquisition, activation to retention.- Setting up & monitoring dashboards using HO, google analytics, branch, appsflyer, etc to ensure that we measure everything across the departments in the company.
