Developed new tools and procedures to facilitate pre-construction planning and optimization, such as roadway earth & aggregate recycling and concrete barrier reuse for traffic management. Presented findings at executive level reviews prior to bid submission.

Analyzed daily productivity and project performance, producing automated reports as needed using MS SQL Server, Excel and SSRS.Presented findings to key stakeholders in operations, planning, and finance, clarifying data and recognizing trends. Improved integration between contractor data and internal system by developing and enforcing standards, which reduced reporting discrepancies and sped up data entry. Developed methods which allowed operations and planning teams to access KPIs within user-defined geographic boundaries. My objective was to empower the mining engineering team with new insights and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
