As Project Manager for a lunar mission, I lead the development of a low-cost robotic surface reconnaissance mission to map near-surface water ice in the lunar South Pole's Permanently Shadowed Regions. Analyzing the Möbius function defined on the partially ordered set of Triangular Numbers under the divisibility relation with Dr. Harry Richman. We make conjectures on the asymptotic behavior of the classical Möbius and Mertens functions on the basis of experimental data.
