- Built an omnichannel conversation analytics platform to produce customer insights, issues and suggestions to help businesses improve their products and/or services.- Developed a pipeline to ingest and process consumer interactions for a brand by using several Amazon Web Services including Comprehend, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Glue, Lambda, S3, QuickSight etc.- Designed and developed a workflow to create AWS Comprehend endpoints on-demand, resulting in therespective endpoints running for 95% less time, and consequently saving costs.

Worked on making a prescription writer for doctors’ portal with ReactJS and Redux. Developed new features, implemented design and integrated several APIs with the Front end side of the platform.Worked with NodeJS to work on and edit functionalities of REST APIs.

- Enabled payments through credit cards by integrating a payment gateway in an eCommerce website.- Enhanced SEO by fixing 100% of all 5XX errors discovered via Google Search Console.- Collected data to generate customer experience insights by setting up Google Analytics and firing events.- Deployed front-end builds to QA and Production sites.
