Throughout my tenure, I actively collaborated and exchanged success stories with various teams including STG (Seating), DOS (Desking and Office Solutions), and HOM (Home Furniture and Dining). Within the STG team, our focus centered on crafting Ergonomic Chairs with a contemporary flair. My contributions played a pivotal role in the success of three distinct product families, encompassing over 25 SKUs. Similarly, within the DOS team, our efforts were directed towards providing Optimized Office Space furniture. I played a significant role in the success of two product families, comprising over 15 SKUs. Lastly, within the HOM team, our emphasis was on delivering Drawing room and Dining room furniture. My involvement significantly contributed to the success of three product families, spanning across more than 30 SKUs.

In my role, I primarily focused on designing product components and overseeing complete assemblies. This involved drafting detailed 2D and 3D drawings, managing prototype activities, and developing assembly guidelines. Additionally, I was responsible for generating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Manufacturing Bills of Materials (M-BOMs), documenting product specifications, and creating color charts. Ensuring quality standards, I monitored all aspects of quality assurance testing and formulated product packing guidelines. Furthermore, I facilitated cross-functional brainstorming sessions to refine product prototypes, fostering collaborative innovation across teams.
