As the only Product Management intern in the firm, got an opportunity to be at the fore-front of Ideation and Strategy-orientation of the Flagship product of the firm- worth 450 Million $. In this short stint of two months, not only did I have my phase-wise intended goals, but I also took upon the task of identifying both Short-term-curable and long-term-product betterment opportunities, based on an Overwhelming amount of Customer feedback information.Spontaneous data crunching based on most granular information I could delve in, I presented fair amount of Problem-cause vs potential strategies summaries to the senior leadership- both Indian and International. Most importantly, I gave what was the most significant attribute I was hired for- A fresh perspective on the Products and eliminating Customer-Pain Points.This experience made me learn the art of coordination between different teams and sub-teams and how small observations can translate into future Product feature implementations/ amendments.

The long journey- first of my corporate life was, in a nutshell- a blend of technical skills and Consulting know-how. From starting as an Application developer in advanced Microsoft technologies, I moved to being an owner of one or more bigger modules with a separate client-set and cross-functional teams.From Applications to analytics and Business Intelligence, the transition was seamlessly smooth, made by the trust enlisted in me by the Senior Management and the wonderful bunch of seniors I had surrounding me.
