Handling on boarding and exit formalities of employees which involves issuing offer letters, experience letter and relieving letters, also handle all joining formalities for the new joiners along with updating the company records. Preparation of Allowance Sheet for respective depots after cross checking with the Bio metric dump, maintaining a separate tracker for Sunday & Late Night with FTR numbers for every financial year to track claim amount of each employeeMaintaining attendance information collected from various departments for payroll and other purposeHandling Payroll data by preparing the manual salary sheet along with the same data tallied and cross checked with database, tracking and maintain Leave Tracker at company level.Handling payroll data and resolving queries of the employees when needed Handling half yearly and yearly Bonus file and leave encashment file. Sending Payslips to respective depots once the salary is disbursed and FTR number is generated, sending FTR Number for salary disbursed to AP warehouse. Handling issues with different BU’s management or employees and ensuring it being resolved with both employees and management acknowledgementConducting skip level meetings with different departments and ensure the questions or the problems raised by the employees are answeredHandling Asian paint off role employees related queriesTo maintain and publish weekly and monthly reports to the management and different BU heads. Handling relieving formalities such as taking exit interview, mailing F & F, NDC and Relieving letters to employees for initiating the F & F process.
