Serve as a main repository for all the documentation, hypertiles, scribing, photos, knowledge inputs, assignments, etc. and responsible for assembling these into an event journal thus creating a chronological record of any given moment in time during the event. Also responsible for archiving all event materials as part of the larger Body of Knowledge. - Event identity – establish overall graphic “look” of the event’s environment and publications while working alongside with scribing team. Creating Name tags, Assignment and Output templates, Screensavers for the Screens available in space. (first always identify the events name and theme). Set rigorous standards (fonts, colors, iconography, tone). - The "big picture" responsibility is to stay organized by keeping track of every piece of paper (soft and/or hard copy) generated during a session – maps, teamlists, assignments, inputs, hypertiles, documentation, video, photos – everything. - Work Product/Executive Summary – create layout, design, and illustration. Also responsible for integrating and standardizing the final version. - Video Production – For various purposes client may request a video to be edited and projected during the event. Acoustic Facilitator: Music truly enhances and directs the energy and focus of participants and KreW. The key responsibility for event is to make music selections in order to create the desired effect for the participants. Effectively using is for group transitions, shifts in mood or energy, and for facilitating focused individual work. Music is the soundtrack of the event. Mobile Tech Lead:Responsible for setting up all the technology required for the event – laptops, wireless network, server, printers, copiers, etc. Help troubleshoot any technology problems during the session.

Taking care of the operational part of the projects.

Working as a Sr. technical lead with Frameboxx was a great learning experience. I was responsible for imparting corporate trainings, training the trainers, conducting seminars and lectures at colleges and to impart quality technical education to professionals and novices alike.

Working as a Autodesk 3Ds Max Instructor with Concourse offered me the opportunity of learning more in architectural side of the visualization. I was responsible for imparting, training the trainers, conducting seminars and lectures and to impart quality technical education to professionals and novices alike.

Working with newly started studio gave me the opportunity of setting up production pipelines. Explore various ways of working and try out new things.While leading production learned a skill of team management.It was a tremendous learning experience.
