As a Catering Assistant from October 2020 to April 2022, I played a pivotal role in transforming private dining services, resulting in an impressive INR 40 lakh boost in sales. During the challenging Covid-19 pandemic, I led the Bio Bubble team, ensuring safety protocols were meticulously followed to create a secure environment for Jamshedpur FC during ISL 2020. Additionally, I demonstrated leadership by training and onboarding new staff members, fostering a culture of exceptional service within a team of 20.In my prior role as a Hotel Operations Trainee from July 2019 to September 2020 at the same resort, I managed high-volume service environments, delivering exceptional customer experiences during peak hours. I also focused on increasing revenue by proactively upselling and cross-selling additional menu items.
