"Multifaceted Problem Solving Aficionado with Versatile People skills", well that's me in a single sentence. Bitten by the wanderlust bug combined with my pursuit for learning new things, I ended up as a graduate student in the Design, Ergonomics, Manufacturing & Systems Engineering track at the University of Utah with cutting edge mechanical engineering research and microfabrication cleanroom experience. I am currently seeking full time opportunities where I can apply all my newly learned skills and have a shot at contributing in the field of manufacturing devices that help us create a better tomorrow. Integrated Adventure based Landscape photography, Motivational Public speaking and Event management keep me busy during my "off days".My passion for working on innovative projects lead me back to my undergrad days in India where I was instrumental in launching the automotive and aerospace engineering student groups where I simultaneously worked on SAE Aero and SAE BAJA competitions respectively. These projects proved to be an eye opener towards the world of "Design for Manufacture" and the importance of real world testing and evaluation. Process Improvement and Quality Management have been a highlight of my grad school projects. My research is focused on adaptive flooring solutions for hospitals to reduce fall injuries which involves a lot of Design, FEA Simulations and Statistical Analysis. Photolithography and 3D Prototyping were also skills acquired during my masters. I also served as a teaching assistant for various courses and also represented the University as an International Ambassador. I firmly believe that my optimistic attitude at facing life's challenges combined with strong academic and extracurricular background makes me an ideal candidate for companies that seek engineers of tomorrow. Grab me soon while you can ;)
