• Drove the execution of the proof of concept of a web based P&L reporting and reconciliation platform (CaPRI), using fixed income and global equities as the initial businesses to be onboarded.• Led a weekly high level project status meeting and delivered project updates to senior level Jefferies personnel.• Directed the unit testing and UAT phase of implementation. Assisted in planning of SIT and Parallel testing phases. • Worked with IT resources and end users to define all static data components and source file mappings required by CaPRI using six sigma methodologies (SIPOC). • Developed and maintained a multitude of project management documents including action items, gap analysis, project status deck, project plan, and meeting minutes. Extensive use of Excel and Access (SQL, Macros, Data, Pivot Tables, Databases).

• Worked directly with the project management team in order to ensure successful planning, implementation, and completion of all tasks crucial to $200,000,000 project involving the insourcing of credit card processing and authorization systems. • Authored performance testing reports including real-time status on various defects associated with testing and test results. Delivered testing status and answered questions directed towards the performance testing team in daily risk analysis sessions.• Authored performance testing timeline and playbook, and monitored tasks in real-time. Responsible for overseeing execution of August 2008 software release. Scoping of approximately 4000 hours of performance testing for over 20 business applications.• Assisted in System Change Management for various IT systems and projects. • Facilitated issue management between development teams- isolating problems, determining possible solutions and suggesting an appropriate course of action, as well as seeing the problem through to resolution.
