In order to ensure the KPIs are achieved, we will organize staff training quarterly or when necessary either as physical training or online training.• Responsible in coordinate and organizing the event, launching, and site visit especially when the program involves stakeholders, government agencies, and the minister. Ensure all the preparation, showcase, staff, and presentation is ready so that the program will be smooth and follow the procedure or protocol.• Involve in staff recruitment and hiring process from time to time starting from filtering the potential candidates, setting up the interview date, participating as interviewer together with others, and finalizing the results. The interview session has been conducted either face-to-face or online interview depending on the locations.- Responsible for administrative support such as reporting monthly and quarterly submissions into SharePoint when required. Besides that, I was also involved in providing related data and information for tender purposes.- Involves in partnership programs such as with Petrosains where we do a collaboration for Robotics Programs. Also partnership with Arus Academy for Microbit Programs. These programs focus on STEM where the participants are from secondary schools located in East Malaysia.
