StageLabel was a crowdfunding platform providing market validation and funding to fashion designers. Over the two years that StageLabel was in operation, we helped launch over 150 fashion brands globally and won numerous prizes and awards including being named as one of the "Top 10 Startups To Watch in 2014" by Startup Daily and finishing runner's up at the Startup Weekend Melbourne event in 2013.My key tasks at StageLabel included:- Assisting our designers with Crowd Funding Campaign Strategy, pricing, PR, Sales, Distribution, Social Media and Marketing strategies for each of the 150+ designers StageLabel worked with- Utilised agile methodologies to drive our technology product and ensure alldeliverables were met in a timely manner- Managed a team of 9 staff to deliver on key business development growth and technology product outcomes- Created and implemented StageLabel’s digital marketing strategy, using analytics to drive growth in our designer and customer user base- Developed Sponsorship agreements and C- level relationships with industry and corporate partners (Uber, The Body Shop, Oyster Magazine, Toni&Guy and City of Melbourne) allowing StageLabel to run highly successful runway events at major fashion festivals around Australia and abroad including the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival and Melbourne Spring Fashion Week- Was the product evangelist and developed strong ties within the industry in the Asia-Pacific region, including running StageLabel’s first international event in the Philippines.

CHECH focuses mainly on high-tech products, R&D, manufacturing, engineering design and EPC contracting, energy technology research and service.I joined China Huadian Engineering Corporation (CHEC) on a month long internship in 2010. As part of my internship, I was required to collect and analyse data from a demonstration concentrated solar thermal project close to Beijing, analyse data from a large scale wind project in Southern China and perform a feasibility study on solar Photovoltaic projects in metropolitan Beijing.

Dalkia Energy Services Limited (DESL) is a member of the € 36 Billion French MNC Veolia/Dalkia group which is the world’s largest environment and energy services business group. DESL is involved in providing consulting services in the area of energy management and developing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects with a focus on reducing the energy cost and deriving of consequent environment benefit in the various sectors of economy in India and abroad.I completed a three month internship at the DESL office in New Delhi, India. The majority of my time with DESL was spent performing an energy audit for one of our bigger clients, Novotel Hotel in Hyderabad and the Hyderabad International Convention Centre. My role within the team consisted of collecting and analyzing first hand data and completing a solar PV feasibility study for the two buildings.
