I am an expert design engineer with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in turbocharger design and development for various auto OEMs. I currently work at IHI Charging Systems International GmbH, a leading supplier of innovative and efficient turbocharging systems. In my role, I support the New Technology Department to design and develop next-generation turbochargers, including VGS, double scroll WG valve, turbines with mono scroll, twin scroll, double scroll, and electric turbochargers. I also coordinate and communicate with customers, such as Daimler, Audi, VW, Ferrari, etc., to ensure their requirements and expectations are met. I have a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, DFA, DFM, SAP, and CAD tools, such as CATIA V5, GeomCaliper, IDEAS, etc. I have also been involved in the government-funded project BZ-Turbolader, which aims to reduce carbon footprints by using fuel cell technology. I am passionate about helping people and programs exceed expectations, and I lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers to execute several product development projects. I have a structured and quality-conscious way of working, and I excel at working in multicultural and interdisciplinary environments. I am also enthusiastic about nature and environment, and my aspiration is to work with an organization that has goals to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable mobility.
