I design websites for people of vision and big goals. I help them creatively and effectively communicate their work and mission to the world. My work includes setting a story-centered outreach strategy, designing for a delightful user experience on websites, smart use of search engine optimization and digital marketing. I also provide workshops and trainings.

Curated programs of films and videos for traveling programs, for independent cinemas and for the Greenpoint Film Festival and moderated after-screening discussions with filmmakers.

While a board member I led the team converting the organization's static online catalog to a searchable online database, curated film and video programs, and helped organize the organization's annual benefits.

In the early 80s I was a lighting designer for theatre performances in Wellington, New Zealand (Downstage Theatre and smaller theatres) and then dance (Russell Dumas) in Sydney, Australia and in New York. In 2007 I designed lighting for the Mark Lamb Dance Company for performances in Hell's Kitchen and Brooklyn (New York).

I have made two 16mm experimental films and eight videos. They have screened in many festivals around the world, art film venues and television and have won several awards.

I worked in many jobs to support my experimental film-making and video art-making but this was the most interesting of them. I began as a part-time assistant to the Vice Chairman, George Franklin -- mostly helping him in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of the Erick Hawkins Dance Company. This morphed into other roles for the Trilateral Commission directly -- which eventually included organizing the spouses' programs for the plenary meetings in Washington DC, organizing the 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner at the New York Historical Society (1998), and working with a team at IBM on the design and development of the Commission's public and internal websites.

I coordinated the technical aspects for the performing artists in the 1982 and 1984 biennales.

My first job out of university gave me a lot of freedom and I created a city-wide summer arts festival in the parks of Wellington, New Zealand (Summer '79) -- enhancing the city's cultural dynamic and providing summer jobs for several groups of performing artists. The festival was continued for many years after I left—as Wellington's "Summer City" Festival.
