CurrentI work with our Chief People and Diversity Officer (CHRO) and her leadership team to build and drive our strategy and systems to achieve our goals. I drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability, and deliver increased efficiency and productivity for the CPDO and her leadership team.Responsibilities: - Be a trusted confidante, strategic partner and force multiplier for the CPDO - Drive the strategy for the People Team with the CPDO and her leaders - Deliver strategic assessment and operational optimization for the People Team - Manage the People Team budget with the People Team leadership and Finance partners. - Collaborate heavily with key partners (e.g. Global Ops, Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, IT, Security, etc) - Lead key initiatives critical to business success - Partner with the Global Ops team to develop and operationalize a single source of truth for strategic assessment: tracking, reporting & acting on OKRs and priorities - Develop an operating cadence and system to scale growth - Enable executive delegation and own the follow-through - Lead our executives through data-driven decisions and changes to increase employee and customer satisfaction - Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability - Drive weekly staff meetings, all-hands programming, contribute to BoD presentations - Coordinate with EA to maximize CPDO’s time & impact - Keep a pulse on company culture
