Business Analyst & Scrum Master in the Westpac Institutional Bank Digital Team.- Successfully delivered the first release of a market leading liquidity management solution, contributing to the retention of Westpac's largest institutional client.- As a BA I was responsible for working with product managers, business stakeholders, UX designers, solution architects and the sprint team to establish, define and elaborate our product backlog. - As a Scrum Master I was responsible for removing impediments, and working with the wider program team to take our solution from development into production.- By implementing a short feedback cycle, we were able to refine our solution to focus on what truly delivered value to our customers. The project was widely viewed as being highly successful as it was able to deliver on an aggressive release date and immediately removed a number of customer painpoints.

Singapore

Third Graduate Rotation. Completed a secondment in the Singapore office, leading a number of initiatives for the Asia Technology Leadership Team.- Led the development of a reconciliation tool which was instrumental in closing an open audit issue- Worked with the Financial Markets Compliance team to streamline a compliance reporting process, removing two hours of manual effort a week and reducing the risk of human error.- Led the initation of a project to upgrade the IT Request Management System, which removed low value tasks surrounding access extention requests and employee offboarding.- Performed ad-hoc activites for the leadership team, such as organising townhalls, preparing managment reports/presentations, representing Westpac at industry events and assisting with supplier management.

Second Graduate Rotation.- Worked with business & technical stakeholders to define and deliver the first release of the WIB Digital platform and our corporate lending portal solution. Our corporate lending portal was an Australian first, digitising around $40 billion of loans, making it easier for corporate customers to drawdown loans, perform rollovers and request bank guarantees.

Also assessed the effectiveness of exisiting and proposed controls.- Was recognised for consistently providing "wise, thorough & timely counsel" to senior management
