As an accredited HRDC corporate trainer and business consultant in the Learning and Development industry for the past 25 years, I have trained and coached thousands of corporate and government employees in the region on various subjects ranging from Team Effectiveness to Corporate Entrepreneurship & Innovation. As an Entrepreneur (18 years), apart from clinching, managing, leading and directing certain nation-wide projects be it in the area of Education or Manpower management, I have had the privilege to professionally contribute to the development of the refugee communities in Malaysia (since 2018) which is jointly organised by UNHCR, T4R and Monash University. It is a program designed to empower the refugee communities especially women and youth to be economically self sufficient and independent through a unique Entrepreneurship drive. My areas of expertise include; Corporate Team Effectiveness, Entrepreneurship, Critical Thinking, Creativity and Innovation, Impactful Presentations and Customer Centric programs.All modules I run are based on the methodology and efficacy of Experiential Learning where participants garner valuable knowledge and skills through a hands-on approach in a lively setting that is designed to inspire them to live a more productive and fruitful life.
