- P&L responsibility for the £18mn Apprenticeships business including product, sales and assessment delivery- Driving the digital transformation agenda for the Apprenticeships business facilitating the transition from ‘qualification' products to digital content and services- Delivering on the cost efficiency strategy through multiple restructuring exercises (£1.5mn savings in 18 months)- Stabilising the Apprenticeship business through people development, focused customer strategy and streamlining operational delivery

- Leading the B2B employer market development for End-point assessments (three multi-year contracts totalling £8mn over 3 years)- Operationalising the Apprenticeship service delivery model including defining the operating model, integrating new technology systems, leading on marketing and data reporting- Setting up the E2E EPA assessment service delivery working closely with cross-functional colleagues from legal, finance, technology, sales, data analytics, to formulate commercial contracts, contractual performance monitoring, KPIs and pipeline management

- Establishing educational partnerships in country for long term development and delivery of education qualifications- Oversee the network of agents across different markets including China, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong- Full P&L accountability for the International business department with a 30% margin target- Introduce innovative product and service ideas in existing markets to drive business growth- Oversee operational delivery of large, multi- year projects - Managing cross-functional stakeholder groups across the organization including marketing, finance, legal, curriculum teams

- Facilitating the implementation of a strategic change management initiative for The Work Foundation in collaboration with the parent organisation (Lancaster University)- Identifying and leading on business development opportunities through corporate liaison, research partnerships, tenders and bids for central and local governments.- Commercial support and project mobilisation for multi-year research bids

- Overall responsibility for scaling up organisational revenue generation to £4mn per year- Leading on consortia building activities involving multiple stakeholders such as funding providers, delivery partners, local authority, NHS Community delivery organisations, NHS Commissioning groups- Developing and maintaining relationships with senior funding decision makers across NHS, Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioners- Leading complex bid submissions with cross-functional teams involving multiple partners across England, Wales and Scotland (individual bid values ranging from £250k to £1mn)- Initiating and embedding the full-service delivery model through partnerships with local and regional operators - Establishing performance management and reporting frameworks for regular monitoring and review of contracts - Managing teams of 9-10 professionals including matrix reporting of five account managers- Leading the development of a customised CRM system for tracking and reporting

- Operational lead for implementing the strategic plan to set-up a new strategic business unit focused on work-based training including developing the operational structure, establishing workflow processes and procedures, recruitment, training and development of team members and integration with college business functions- Developing and implementing the partner management framework including Service Level Agreements, reporting structures, KPI and financial reporting, online data capture and integration with college MIS, quality assurance framework, audit and compliance procedures- Leading the service delivery of the £3.5mn pan-London education and training contract including monitoring, tracking and performance managing 27 external provider organisations (public and private sector)- Management and reporting on contract delivery against target to the Skills Funding Agency, including quality of provision, recruitment, retention and completion rates- Secured additional revenues of £1.5m from the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA).

- Managing weekly branch sales targets of £50,000 through product portfolio management - Selling B2C products including short-term loans, mortgages, savings schemes, insurance products and investment management services - Managing, motivating and training a team of 6 frontline customer service officers for maximising sales revenues through effective lead generation- Establishing relationships with SME owners to facilitate commercial lending such as bridging loans for asset purchase, commercial loans for working capital- Managing branch administration including processing of accounts, loans, credit cards, cash reserves and staff rota.
