Generalist HR

• Talent Acquisition/Recruitment & Separations:  Sourcing/ Scrutinizing CVs through Jobsites & References, Organizing/Conducting Interviews.  Induction & orientation of new Joinees. Preparation of Appointment / Confirmation letters. Ensure that the exit interview process is conducted for all separations• Training & Development : Training needs identification through process of performance appraisal, skill gap analysis. Formulation of training calendar by taking inputs from various sources. Organizing in-house training programs  Co-ordination with external agencies for conducting training programs.• Performance Management Systems : Conducting the annual / semi annual appraisal and ensures timely completion of the process. To provide necessary HR support to HOD in Manpower Planning, Performance evaluation & Identifying the training needs for the employees and Co-ordinate Nominations of participation in various Technical and Non Technical Training. Handling Promotions & Processing the appraisal.• Employee Relations : Organizing Various events like Family Get – Together, Picnics, etc. Inter Communication with other Staff Members on regular basis and understanding their needs and trying to make their functions smooth. Solving employee grievances and keeping the employees satisfied with the solutions to their problems. Conducting employee satisfaction survey. Settlements of mediclaim.• Interaction with corporate office: Generation of Monthly Consolidate Report which includes Recruitment Status, Working Hours, Transfer in/out, New Joinees, Separations.
