I am a Marketer, Innovator, and Leader. I am fortunate enough to have lived, studied, and worked across 3 continents. This has instilled in me a deep fascination for the human psyche - how the brain works based on internal and external influences. That is why I love being a marketer and have loved my varied experiences from agency to large or small corporations. A lot of marketers talk about being storytellers – I say that’s great! That’s what I do. Over the past few years, I have become enamored and passionate about unlocking the true potential that is a company’s employment brand – its way more than just a few candidate facing media or event tools. It’s the sentiment and perception about a company that internal and external stakeholders (employees and non-employees) have about it and it’s the window into a company’s culture and beliefs… DEI, growth, development, safety, reputation.
