KYC delivery and strategy lead with Law degree complimented with Economics major. I come with 10+ years of FinCrime experience specialising in KYC and large scale programs deliveries. I am currently the KYC lead, recruitment lead and the strategies and proposal adviser for all proposals within my FinCrime team.During my experience in the legal domain I gained ample experience in understanding the regulatory requirements and their application. Post which with EY I have worked with multiple clients across the globe in solving their remediation and managed services challenges. Through my career I have taken every stepping opportunity and learnt the end to end scenarios of setting up a FinCrime team to manage client expectations, successful results of which expedited my career journey. I have worked across hiring skill set, process and procedure mapping, stakeholder management, escalation channels, reports for the end regulator, operational delivery lead for the team, future strategy working alongside other clients, risk based approach for tactical strategy, commercials and financial mode long and setting up alternative location teams for better efficiency. My exponential career growth comes from my clear understanding of the issue, my zeal to propose the best solutions and the ability to build and work a team that is self motivated. I continue to look at beyond the horizon opportunity and take all the learning’s to help the firm and my career to new scales and achievements in a successful but fast pace.I also participate and work along side programs for women for leadership roles. Participated in seminars and workshops across the board to help the new generation of professionals.
