Also, I worked closely in technologies such as Twilio, Genesys, Freshdesk (Freshdesk omnichannel, Fresh chat, Fresh caller, Fresh services, Fresh sales, and Fresh market), D365, Azure and Salesforce for implementation and testing activities.
