Job Responsibilities:• Optimizing and overlooking 5 biggest channels of Saregama along with others• Saregama Music being the top one with 25+ Million subscribers• Uploading and optimizing videos with SEO friendly titles, description and keywords• Coordinating with video editors, artists and graphic designers for smooth function within given timelines• Creating tent-pole calendar ever month – birthdays, festivals, etc. for additional content• Interacting daily with influencers/actors for brand promotions – maintaining their agreements, tracking invoices• Rehashing archival content for better traction• Analyzing catalogue/library content to create additional contentStrategies:• Constant check of the channels’ growth to achieve monthly targets• Closely keeping a track on competitors for channel comparison• Acquiring content and making compilation of those videos• Reviewing analytics daily and striving hard for growth of the channels• Brainstorming sessions with the Content and Marketing teams for better content quality and trendsCMS & Reports:• Maintaining reports channel wise – Subscribers, Viewership and Revenue growth• Creating, analyzing and maintaining necessary excel sheets – weekly, monthly and daily• Clearing potential claims and disputed claims on the dashboard• Adding new releases to pitch tool and campaigns
