• Regional Service Coordinator.• Breakdown Analysis, Minimize the resolution time for vehicles sold under one year (Tata Zippy Project).• Handling team of CROs, service advisors warranty incharge & Supervisors.• Making CIRs for root cause analysis in order to take warranty related decisions.• Ensure training through plant expertise to be carried out for service dealer every month in order to increasing Gold certified technicians.• Daily performance monitoring for all workshops with the help of MIS.• Resolving vehicle issue by coordinating with Workshop Team, GM & CSMs. • Resolving Warranty and AMC related issues of dealers and ensure their profitability.• Region level service-related target and achievement reports of workshop profitability, vehicle inflow trends & customer oriented parameters like PSF, CPTC, IPTV & CEI.
