Planning monthly recruitment activities based on the manpower requests. Ensuring closure of the positions as per the TAT. Ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires with great onboarding experience. Partnering with Managers for smooth HR planning and implementing HR strategies. Developing & implantation of policies in conjunction with the company’s overall development plan. Preparing necessary inputs and process salary for all employees (on roll and off role). Liaising with the vendor to process the salary within the TAT. Managing end to end life cycle of employees from hire to retire. Managing background verification of the candidates. Preparing and managing budgets and headcount for India. Driving initiates on employee engagement and retention. Leading Probation assessment, confirmation and extension for APAC region. Managing grievance/queries on PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Group Term Insurance and GPA. Managing employee Mediclaim benefits (GMC,GPA, GTL) and renewal activities. Generating various letters (Promotion, Increment, Bonus, Relieving & Experience etc) for employees based out of APAC region. Preparing Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) reports for Mercer and Tower Watson. Providing regular support to technical team on different modules of Success Factors i.e. employee central, recruiting and performance modules etc. Leading internal & external HR Audit projects. Releasing monthly Dash Board for various functions/entities in excel. And maintaining all records for auditing. Creation of Standard Operating Procedures for the process, maintenance, and alteration of SOPs for process. Supporting System Development Team by giving feedbacks/suggestions. Individually contributor with strong teaming skills.
