Rate Agreement1. Maintain Customer contract and amend the quotation with regards to Routes, Rates, Containers and Commodities.2. Coordinating with the US sales team on rate agreement operations over the phone, mails.3. Updating Demurrage and detention as per the requirements.4. Auditing the agreements / amendments and filing the same with FMC ( Federal Maritime Commission).5. Training the new joiners on the process and system.

Customer Relationship Management1. Close Co-ordination with Brokers and Insurance Companies for successfulmanagement of Corporate Clients.2. Co-ordinating with the Client HR for Employee & Dependent details for preparation of Addition/Deletion/Rectification Endorsement.3. Monthly Policy Performance and Feedbackmeet with corporate HR& Broker & InsuranceCompany.4. Managing multiple high priority task simultaneously with the given TAT.5. Ensuring the customer queries are resolved within TAT.5.Managing team responsible for building & maintaining relations with corporate clients,coordinating and handling all their optional issues/queries pertaining to health claims.
