As a hotel management graduate with a passion for hospitality and customer service, I pursued a career in the hotel industry, starting as an industrial trainee at Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE in January 2020. There, I learned the basics of food and beverage service, hygiene, and safety, and impressed the management with my dedication and performance.After completing my internship, I was rehired as a restaurant server at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, where I worked for a year, delivering exceptional service to the guests, handling orders, payments, and complaints, and collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff. In November 2021, I joined Kempinski Hotel and Residences, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai as a bartender, where I apply my skills in mixology, service standards, and interpersonal communication to create memorable experiences for the customers. I also oversee the inventory, maintenance, and cleanliness of the bar area, and support the training and development of new staff. I am always eager to learn new techniques, trends, and recipes, and to contribute to the success and reputation of the hotel.
