Made 4 investments: 1. Pre-IPO primary+secondary share purchase in India's leading construction contractor at significant discount to expected IPO price. 2. Pre-series A funding of india's leading defense drone manufacturer which received $10M next round of funding at 3X valuation from leading global hardware funds.3. Series-A growth funding of mid-sized Pune based FMCG company - emerging value brand in tomato and chinese sauces. 4. Series C bridge funding in Chennai based e-commerce company selling and exporting custom stitched western women apparel under its own brand

Asset backed high yield debt:o Played key role in structuring and placement of over Rs1250 Cr of high yield Debt/NCDs issued typically by - Real estate developers with project inventory, sales receivables as primary collateral - Promoter Hold-Cos with operating company listed stock as primary collateralo Key Issuers whose issues were successfully placed include Puravankara, Lodha, Marathon in Real Estate space, Asian paints, Zee and UTV promoter Hold-Cos in share backed financing spaceo Handled key investors through the entire deal cycle – deal pitching, execution, cash flows and repayment monitoring, handling default or stress situations Real estate and Private equity fund-raising: o Played key role in product conceptualization, fund raising exercise for Kotak Real Estate Fund-IV (500 Crs AUM) , Peninsula Brook field Real Estate Fund (Rs570 Cr) and ICICI Prudential AMC pre-leased property fund (Rs300 Cr)Equity derivatives linked products:o Played key role in scaling Kotak wealth’s structured products AUM from Rs200 Cr to over Rs800 Cr by offering customized solutions to the top family office and corporate treasury accounts o HDFC Warrant issuance: Played key role in private placement of India's first long dated, single stock listed warrant issuance from HDFC in Aug-2009. o Product design: Designed network congestion management block in Intel’s IXE series network processoro Process improvement: Played key role in development of chip debug automation tool that reduced fault-diagnosis time by 2-3X and received several intra-firm technical awards
