Critical Store Identification with Action Plan. 4. Timely Competitor Analysis. 5. Data Analysis for tracking store’s progress. 6. Fortnight Review Report for all the region. 7. Team Handling for Marathwada and Vidarbha. 8. Region wise Vendor Management. 9. To work effectively with operations team and help them to achieve their targets and more sales.

Major Responsibilities:1. To develop and execute the regional marketing plan to build brand presence and increase market share2. To propose marketing budget for the region; monitor adherence to the approved plan and budget.3. To plan annual marketing calendar for the region including events tie-ups, dealer and retailer’s promotions and other visibility initiatives the organisation needs to undertake.4. To drive execution of the BTL marketing activities in coordination with Branch Sales Team.5. To monitor adherence to placement merchandising norms through regular market audits.6. To develop the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in charge responsibilities at various levels within the function.7.
