ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY1.Eliminate the causes of defects to minimize the occurrence.2.In-house process and product auditing.Preparing and maintaining necessary documents to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.Carrying out periodic internal audit to measure the status of deployed system and taking countermeasures (POKA-YOKA, KAIZEN) for achieving organizational objectives.3.Preparing SOP, OPL, work standard according to the process.4.Responsible for making new handy gauges, snap gauge, plug guage.5.Making the analysis of rejection/ rework by applying 7 QC tools.6.Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, MSA, control plan etc.7.Arranging different training programme for operators and inspectors regarding customers complaint and in-house issues.Conducting dock-audit and cross audit on daily basis.8.Knowledge of MIG welding, spot welding, different types of welding defects and their counter-measure.TARGET- Obtaining Zero defects and PPM to achieve customer satisfaction.
