▪ Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.▪ Diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.▪ Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.▪ Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.▪ Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.▪ Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.▪ Server Hardware & Network Installation & Rack mounting (HP, Dell, Lenovo)▪ Checking Server Health Status on daily basis.▪ Identifying server issues and escalating to the server support team in case of high-level issues.▪ Configuring RAID 0, 1-5 on Server Hard disk▪ Configuring ILO for Servers▪ Mounting equipment into the Rack & Connecting Power & Network connection.▪ Assigning Management IP & updating the Latest firmware’s.▪ Daily monitoring the Server Health status & sharing report.
