As a part of Flipkart Group FP&A, responsibilities included:- Consolidation of financials of Flipkart Group companies (Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, PhonePe etc.) and performing variance analysis of the deviation with the Annual Operating plan and communicating the same periodically to management through Monthly decks.- Preparation of Monthly Board Decks, CFO review deck, and Monthly Management presentations of Monthly estimates of Flipkart group companies.- Structuring the reporting process through automation and standardizing the base data files for data sanity and correct reporting of Financial MIS.- Continuous and detailed overview of sales and tracking of reason for deviation with the monthly estimates with the categories. In addition to this, tracking of special events performance and communicating the deviation with the management.- Involved in the Long term operating & financial planning of the company.
