Receiving goods / services invoices and book them to our records as per issued Purchase Order & verification report of concerned department. Processing of Invoices accurately and timely.Create payment application as per payment terms & arrange necessary approvals to get initiate payment for the invoices accounted for material / services provided by vendor. To get issue / transfer payment to Vendor through Online (RTGS / NEFT) Mode and Offline (Cheque) Mode.
