Conducting interviews, making offer fitments & Closing candidates with offer negotiating.● Coordinating with the internal BU heads and various internal hiring for the Recruitment drive and Coordinate the Interviews. ● Sourcing candidates through various portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and though Employee Referrals sourcing mix.● Coordinating with the Reputed Consultancies for Hiring from their Talent Pool and Vendor Management.● Offer Management and onboarding:● Produce and issue hiring forms, offer letters, contracts letters are shared with the candidates, ensuring all contract administration is completed promptly, accurately, and efficiently and is approved on mail and Happ system by all the Stakeholders and approvers required.● End to End offer Creation and Management on Happ tool,● Creating Offers and Negotiating offers, converting passive offers into active offer acceptance cases.● Meet turnaround times and quality standards regarding contract management and Talent Acquisition related Right Start pre- employment activities.● Multi-tasked to ensure new hires have access to all required equipment/departments, technology tools on the date of joining Reporting and Dashboards:● Track completion of all talent acquisition administration against deadlines.● Prepare, Maintain, and keep updating various trackers / MIS for smooth Resourcing functions such as Selections till date, offered Candidates till date, DOJ and post offer follow-up, maintaining yet to join, Background Verification and post joining tracker till the time of On-boarding.● On boarding & Stakeholder Management and Engagement
