A proactive research scientist having more than 8 years of experience in molecular biology, fermentation and sustainable production of value-added chemicals, and an expert in metabolic engineering by employing genome engineering techniques. I am well-versed in shake-flask and batch fermentations along with basic and advanced molecular biology techniques encompassing cloning techniques (restriction enzyme cloning, TOPO cloning, In-fusion cloning and HiFi DNA Assembly), CRISPR/Cas9, recombineering, random mutagenesis, RACE, RT-PCR, etc., along with expertise in protein expression, Southern blotting and Western blotting. In addition with adeptness in various bioinformatics tools, I have good understanding of analytical techniques including chemical assays, HPLC and GC.
