I am a fitness enthusiast having achieved fitness, health and well-being milestones in both my personal and professional lives over the past two decades. At a personal level, I have been a state level gold medalist in body building which was a key driver in me adopting a fitness focused career. At a professional level, I ran full service gyms in the beginning of my career along with being a coach at Punjab Cricket Academy stadium at Mohali which included supporting state and national level cricketers in their fitness regimes. I was the first Reebok trained fitness instructor in whole of north India certified from Reebok university USA.This then transitioned to supporting fitness focused brands in their development and management across multiple retail channels. Some of the categories I have supported for leading brands include footwear, apparel, Cardio equipment, football gear, cricket gear, manual and e-bikes etc. A strong understanding of the drivers of fitness and an experience now of having worked with multiple retail channels including distributors and having managed sales teams across India enables me to add value to brands by helping them in network expansion and customer management.
