Product manager responsible for brakes actuation parts in automotive aftermarket industry within Bosch India commercial goods marketing team.> Implement product strategy short-term & long-term, product development and cost management for region India.> Create lean and optimum portfolio based on market coverage analysis, market demand and profitability.> Plan and develop conventional as well as digital product promotional materials as per business requirement. Designed, developed and distributed hard copy product catalogues, planned and executed product promotion over radio platform.> Evaluate and implement necessary tools or platforms for the market to boost the sales. Developed and released part finder app which is contributing in approx. 10% increase in sales.

1. Handling zero km and warranty quality complaints from automotive customers like Toyota, Renault Nissan, Tata, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Suzuki Motors, PVPL, Atul auto, Force motors and non-automotive customers like JCB, SAME etc.2.Working as liaison between customers and Bosch manufacturing plant to initiate effective containment, providing technical assistance for investigation and resolve quality issue within customer targets to meet customer satisfaction.3. Strategically and technically coach cross functional teams in problem solving.4. To conduct warranty claim trend analysis, assist CFT to identify root cause for abnormality in warranty trend, to define methods to reduce the claims and to prepare reports.5. Provide technical assistance to OEMs, OEM service dealers & Bosch service dealers to resolve the end user complaint quickly related to warranty claims.6. To decide warranty claim responsibility as per failure information.7. To prevent unfair warranty claim debits8. To prepare and present management information statistics.9. Coordinate and face customer audits.10. To provide product knowledge training to OEMs, OEM dealers and Bosch Sales quality warranty (SQW) team.
